Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patrons into Players Club location to ensure guest awareness.
• Inform customers of promotions, card benefits, and offers while providing excellent customer service.
• Explain point reward system and award levels and gifts based on usage.
• Determine complimentary worthiness of card play using guest points and guidelines.
• Create Players Club Cards by entering customer data into the system.
• Assist guests with questions about gaming machines, table games, and events.
