Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills (1-3 years' experience preferred).
• Outgoing and caring individual who can represent the company to guests and employees.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Windows, and various POS/database systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into ACSC to create new Players Club accounts and update existing ones.
• Answer guest inquiries about points balances, promotions, and events.
• Communicate benefits and privileges of the Players Club clearly to guests.
• Identify and engage frequent guests and assist with promotions and events.
• Assist with box office staffing, ushering, and Will Call duties.
• Maintain inter-department communication to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete transactions accurately and in a timely fashion with excellent guest service.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
