Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Lincoln, RI is seeking a friendly PC Rep to manage Players Club accounts, enter new members, update balances, and answer guest inquiries about points, promos, and events. You will communicate benefits and build rapport with frequent guests while representing the company with professionalism.

You will assist with promotions and ticketing at events, staff the box office, and support call center tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills; 1-3 years' experience preferred.
• Outgoing, caring individual who can serve as an ambassador for the Company to guests and employees.
• Ability to speak, read and write English; bilingual is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office, Windows OS, database systems, email; ability to learn Micros POS, ACSC, Total Promo, Ticketmaster.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff and guests.
• Thorough knowledge of casino procedures and guidelines; work independently and in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update Players Club accounts in ACSC; create new accounts.
• Answer guest inquiries related to point balances, promotions, and events.
• Communicate benefits and privileges of the Players Club to guests.
• Recognize and build relationships with frequent guests.
• Identify abusers of the program and notify Management.
• Assist with promotions, events, and Will Call ticketing as needed.
• Staff Box Office and usher for concerts and events; assist with ticket distribution.
• Support Call Center tasks under Player Development when needed.
• Maintain contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
