Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Emporia in Emporia, VA is hiring a Player Services Shift Manager. You will supervise team members on the shift and ensure compliance with internal controls and state/federal regulations.

The starting salary is $50,000 per year, with opportunities to support guest services and operational efficiency through cash management, audits, and staff coaching. Experience in high-volume cash operations and a Virginia Racing Commission license are preferred to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of progressive experience in high-volume cash operations.
• Must obtain and maintain Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Strong leadership and guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads a team of players club representatives to ensure leadership and resources.
• Analyzes daily operations, such as cash reconciliation accuracy.
• Maintains integrity of financial data with cash activities, including vault management.
• Oversees cash management systems and EFT terminals with technology enhancements.
• Assists leadership with policy implementation to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Prepares daily reports on player services activity and cash counts.
• Ensures compliance with gaming regulations and AML policies.
• May function as Main Banker or Cashier/Teller as needed.
