Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Richmond in Richmond, VA seeks a Shift Manager of Player Services to supervise the player services team and ensure compliance with internal controls, state regulations, and the company’s Responsible Gaming Plan. You will also serve as guest contact and manage Player Card data entry.

The role requires coaching staff, managing schedules, safeguarding currency, and coordinating with Security, Surveillance, and Banking to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years of related experience in high-volume cash operations.
• Must have a Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Proficiency in Excel and Ten Key Adding Machine; strong data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the player services team in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain #AddLife culture.
• Motivate, train, coach, and direct team members; manage staffing and schedules.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and money movement with strict controls.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain records for audits.
• Oversight of daily operations and implementation of process improvements.
