Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Richmond is seeking a part-time Gaming Attendant to service guests, build relationships, and handle hand-pay jackpots. You will perform minor repairs on HHR machines and maintain knowledge of game rules and Virginia regulations.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, a friendly guest-service attitude, and the ability to work long shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy casino environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong guest service experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming operations, rules, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service guests, build relationships, and pay hand-pay jackpots.
• Perform minor repairs on HHR machines and maintain basic machine knowledge.
• Complete department paperwork accurately and ensure signatures where required.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies and state regulations.
