ImageFIRST is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Seattle and Portland from the Seattle base. You will develop regional sales strategies, lead a high‑performing team, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue.

In this role, you will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales activities. A proven track record in sales leadership and CRM proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
