Westside Children's Therapy in Orland Park, IL seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, using play-based methods with children.

Requires high school diploma and active RBT certification within 60 days of hire; benefits include flexible schedules, competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and certification reimbursement; schedule Monday–Friday 10 am–3 pm, subject to change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients under BCBA supervision.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
