Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to assigned clients. You will work under supervision with BCBA clinicians and families to implement engaging, play-based interventions.

The role requires a high school diploma and active RBT certification within 60 days of hire. Flexible schedule: 11am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services to assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions and seek feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
