Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Lockport, IL is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy to assigned clients under BCBA supervision.

This role offers flexible shifts with a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 to $25.50, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation/sick days/holidays, RBT certification reimbursement, and a collaborative, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
