Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks an RBT to deliver direct ABA therapy to children, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect behavioral data, maintain accurate documentation, and engage in ongoing supervision to improve outcomes.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 am–3 pm, with flexible adjustments based on clinic needs. Competitive hourly rates apply, with benefits eligibility and certification support offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
