Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collaborate with families and the ABA team to deliver high-quality services and track progress.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, an active RBT certification within 60 days, and strong communication skills to engage with children and families. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with children and families.
• Comfort with using computer applications for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the ABA team.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
