Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy in collaboration with BCBA supervisors and families.

You’ll collect data, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular supervision while supporting children with special needs in a warm, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Competence with a variety of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
