Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Oswego clinic. You will implement direct ABA therapy for assigned clients and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to deliver engaging, play-based sessions.

Required is a high school diploma and an active RBT certification within 60 days of hire; we offer competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
