Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our New Lenox clinic.

You will collect behavioral data, complete documentation, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to support each child’s progress. A high school diploma is required and an active RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Schedule: Mon-Fri 4–6 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Ability to use computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services to assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
