Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy at the New Lenox clinic. You'll partner with BCBA supervisors and families to support each child’s progress in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and an active RBT certification within 60 days of hire. The schedule is Monday–Friday evenings, 3–7 pm, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
