Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Oswego, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy to assigned clients under BCBA supervision. You will engage families, collect behavioral data, and ensure accurate documentation so progress is tracked effectively.

The role emphasizes compassionate interaction with children and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with a Monday–Friday 12pm–6pm schedule and opportunities for growth and certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience engaging with children and families is a plus.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions to receive feedback.
• Collect and record behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow program plans and documentation standards.
