Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA supervisors and families delivering play-based ABA therapy.

You’ll collect data, document progress, and participate in supervision while building strong relationships with children and their families. The role offers a friendly team, supportive leadership, and a consistent schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 10 am–6 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete required documentation on time.
