Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing fun, play-based ABA therapy for children with diverse needs. You’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to deliver direct services and collect data.

This role offers flexible hours, ongoing supervision, reimbursement for RBT certification, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, supportive setting that values teamwork and child-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use various computer applications.
• Comfortable building relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services to assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions for feedback.
• Collect and record behavioral data and complete documentation accurately.
