Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with BCBA supervisors and families, delivering engaging, play-based ABA therapy.

You will implement direct therapy, collect and record client data, complete documentation accurately and on time, and participate in supervision sessions. Active RBT certification within 60 days of hire is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 3–6 pm.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
