Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Oswego, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children during weekday evenings and Saturdays. You will work under the supervision of BCBAs, implement programs, collect data, and document accurately.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and active RBT certification. Strong communication, computer skills, and a friendly, engaging demeanor help families connect with care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients following BCBA programs.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision for questions and feedback.
• Collect and record client data and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and make sessions engaging.
