Job summary

On Location is seeking a Business Development Manager to curate and sell bespoke hospitality programs for global and domestic events. You will build scalable budgets, coordinate with commercial strategy, marketing, legal, and operations, and manage key client relationships from initial contact through contract to on-site delivery.

You will collaborate with Platinum Operations, support RFIs/RFPs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while growing revenue across On Location properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Hospitality, Business Development, Account Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• From initial contact to contracting and execution, drive relationships with corporate clients and VIPs to grow long-term revenue across On Location properties.
• Develop and maintain budgets with cross-functional teams to ensure financially sound experiences.
• Prepare and edit proposal materials; support RFIs/RFPs as needed; manage contracting processes and approvals.
• Maintain client records in CRM and inventory systems; analyze post-event financials and client feedback to improve future offerings.
