Job summary

On Location is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development, Amplify - Production & Delivery to lead opportunities across production, experiential, and hospitality capabilities. You will build senior client relationships, lead RFP responses and pitches, and translate objectives into commercially viable solutions with access to top sports and entertainment rights.

The role requires strong relationship development, storytelling, and delivery excellence, with cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

Experience in a management or senior business development position, with a minimum of 15+ years in experiential, sports, entertainment, travel, hospitality, or live-events.
Significant experience leading RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and complex client opportunities.
Proven record of building senior-level client relationships and managing complex corporate accounts.
Strong strategic thinking to uncover client needs and translate into compelling solutions.
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, negotiation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Experience collaborating with Creative, Production, Strategy, Account Leadership, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Airtable, Keynote, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Mentor and support Business Development team members and cross‑functional contributors.
Lead discovery meetings, client briefings, site visits, and executive‑level meetings.
Lead pitch preparation, presentation, and follow‑up with confidence and strategic rationale.
Coordinate contributions from Strategy, Creative, Experience Design, Production, Program Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations.
Develop, document, and implement business development procedures and operational efficiencies.
Remain engaged as a senior client partner through delivery and handoff to delivery teams.
