Job summary

KI is seeking a full-time Plating Department Operator for our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift. You will oversee the plating system, rack and un-rack frames, and maintain production schedules to meet internal customer needs.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift premium, with potential overtime during busy seasons. A High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred and you should be willing to train on any shift.

Responsibilities

• The proper operation of the plating department on their shift, in order to maintain production schedules and meet the needs of their internal customers.
• Ensure proper operation of the Plating system
• Rack & un-rack various frames
• Maintain production levels and maximize the efficiency of the system by maintaining optimal levels of work bars in operation
• Ensure proper chemical titrations in plating tanks

A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment

• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift

• This is a 2nd shift position
• Hours are Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
• Starting rate of pay is $21.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift premium
• Overtime during busy season
