KI, a world class supplier, seeks a Plastics Process Specialist for the Green Bay facility on the 3rd shift. The role emphasizes training operators, following schedules, and maintaining quality in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will read schedules, assist with color changes and training, and help keep the department clean and organized. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Material handling within the department.
• Regrinding of scrap.
• Clean color pails and maintain color pail area.
• Make decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions along with the Process Specialist.
• Largely focused on Operator training and development; willing to train and teach operators.
• Provide feedback to Plastic's Process Manager and Process Specialists about shift operation.

Job Description:

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Plastics Process Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility to work on our 3rd shift. 3rd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $3.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

• Largely focused on Operator training and development. Must be willing to train and teach operators.
• Provide Plastic's Process Manager and Process Specialists with feedback regarding the operation of the shift as needed.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 3rd Shift position
• Hours are 10pm-6am Sunday night - Friday morning
• Shift premium of $3.00/hour
