Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice.

As a Consultant, you will work directly with clients across various industries, focusing on business process, operations, and technology platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite to enhance their sales, marketing, customer service, eCommerce, order management, operations, and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation window
• Minimum cumulative GPA as applicable per candidate
• Experience or ability to work legally in the United States and travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations functions
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into designs
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in configuration and implementation of enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Create requirements, user stories, solution design docs, and process maps
• Support testing and post-implementation training and adoption activities
