Job summary

West Monroe is seeking an entry-level Consultant to join its Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the TechEx Practice. You will work with clients across industries, shaping business processes and implementing technology platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite.

You'll gain hands-on experience in strategy development, process design, financial modeling, and platform configuration, delivering measurable improvements in marketing, sales, service, operations, and accounting functions

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and willing to travel up to 50%.
Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs.
Conduct market and data analysis to identify opportunities and recommendations.
Participate in strategy workshops to define current and future processes and KPIs.
Assist configuration and implementation of platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite.
Support training and post-implementation adoption to drive value.
