Job summary

West Monroe seeks an entry-level Consultant to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the Technology & Experience Practice. You will work directly with clients across industries to improve customer and employee experience through strategy, business process and operating model design, and technology enablement.

You will gain hands-on experience across customer strategy, data and financial analysis, and platform configuration and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between 2026 and 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and participate in hybrid work.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience and performance across marketing, sales, commerce, and customer service.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, opportunities, and insights for strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define desired outcomes.
• Support development of customer strategies, operating models, and technology-enabled transformation plans.
• Participate in client workshops to design future-state processes and KPIs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Evaluate platforms and emerging tech to improve capabilities and UX.
• Perform configuration and development on platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and related docs.
• Assist with testing, deployment readiness, and adoption materials.
• Develop business cases to justify transformation opportunities and investments.
