West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. As a Platforms Technology Consultant, you will collaborate with clients across industries, focusing on strategy, digital transformation, technology platforms like Salesforce, and technology architecture and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Willing to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of assigned office
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to boost productivity and insight generation

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, gather insights, and document business needs
• Design scalable Salesforce or ServiceNow solutions and assist with technical designs
• Map workflows, redesign processes, and create technical documentation
• Configure/Program on Salesforce, ServiceNow, Hubspot; build integrations and migrate data
• Write/test scripts, manage deployments, and support DevOps
• Create end-user training materials and deliver workshops
• Support KPI development, financial modeling, and AI-driven recommendations
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights and delivery quality
