Job summary

Liberis Ltd is hiring a Platform Support Engineer to join the Engineering Support team. You will own and resolve platform issues, collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering, and ensure timely delivery of customer-focused solutions.

You'll leverage SQL, logs, and code to diagnose problems, build deep platform knowledge, and guide customers and partners to successful outcomes across Europe, the UK, and North America.

Qualifications

• Proven success resolving software support issues in a technical or platform role.
• Practical experience troubleshooting with SQL, logs, and error messages.
• Experience tracing issues beyond initial symptoms by reading code or system behavior.
• Experience finding practical solutions or workarounds and testing assumptions.
• Strong communication with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve platform issues using logs, SQL, and code.
• Own support cases from start to finish with clear updates.
• Develop platform expertise to resolve many requests independently.
• Reproduce issues and write bug reports, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and fix recurring problems.
• Improve runbooks and triage processes for better support.
• Support North American customers and partners with empathy.
