Job summary

TechnoMile is seeking a Power Platform Support Engineer to join our Client Delivery / Support team in a hybrid Tysons Corner environment. You will own day-to-day operational support of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments, triaging tickets, troubleshooting issues, and escalating with clear diagnostics where needed.

You will work with Solution Architects, Developers, and client stakeholders, guiding end users through configuration questions and ensuring health after deployments.

Qualifications

2+ years in production support, service desk, or managed services with ticket triage and SLA-driven priorities.
Understanding of model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse configurations.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365/Dataverse deployments, including managed vs. unmanaged solutions.

Responsibilities

Monitor and triage tickets by severity, impact, and SLA.
Perform first-level troubleshooting across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse issues.
Escalate with clear diagnostics and steps for code or architectural changes when needed.
Guide end users through configuration and security issues.
Maintain health of deployments and monitor failures post-release.
Assist with deployments and promotions across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments.
