Job summary

TechnoMile is seeking a Power Platform Support Engineer to join our Client Delivery / Support team in the US. You will own day-to-day operational support of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments, triaging tickets, troubleshooting issues, and escalating with clear diagnosis when needed.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and client stakeholders to maintain production stability, resolve incidents under SLA, and support deployments across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting production-level tickets with SLA pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Dataverse deployments and solution import/export.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize incoming tickets by severity and impact.
• Troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse configurations.
• Coordinate with architects and developers for escalations.
• Support SharePoint integration and Power BI reports as needed.
