Job summary

Rate is building something new in the mortgage space, and this Platform Specialist role sits at the center of the recruiting engine. You will engage candidates in real time, guide them through Rate's products and tech, and deliver energetic, on-message conversations that showcase the lender’s advantages.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication with quick rapport building.
• Ability to follow structured scripts while sounding human.
• Able to retain and convey detailed mortgage platform knowledge.
• High energy and availability to respond when candidates are ready.
• Experience in mortgage, financial services, recruiting, or inside sales is a plus.
• High-volume call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept live transfers from our call center recruiting team and engage candidates in real time.
• Lead consistent, scripted conversations that bring Rate's platform, tools, and advantages to life.
• Walk candidates through our full suite - products, workflow, technology, and what it means for a VP's business and quality of life.
• Use video and presentation assets to answer questions on the spot.
• Represent Rate's corporate voice on every single call - with energy, clarity, and consistency.
