Job summary

MeridianLink Mortgage is seeking a strategic Sr. Product Manager to own a defined area of the mortgage lending experience, partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact improvements for financial institutions and borrowers.

You will drive discovery and delivery, write crisp PRDs and user stories, manage API-integrated platforms, and use data-driven KPIs plus AI/ML ideas to shape the Mortgage product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management experience.
• End-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Experience managing API-integrated software with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong agile and modern product discovery practices.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Mortgage, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, usage analytics, and collaboration with financial institution partners to identify high-value problems worth solving.
• Write crisp PRDs and user stories that give engineering teams clarity to build with confidence.
• Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs.
• Define and monitor product KPIs for your area, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact.
