Job summary

FICO is seeking a dynamic Solution Sales Executive to join our Global Platform Software Sales Team in the United States. This role is primarily focused on engaging with payment service providers to drive adoption of the FICO Platform and ensure partners leverage its capabilities for transaction decisioning, fraud prevention, and payment optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong track record building relationships within the payments industry.
• Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex software solutions.
• Knowledge in payment processing, fraud detection, and PCI compliance.
• Deep interest in transaction data and Machine Learning for fraud detection.
• Passion for learning and educating partners through presentations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payments or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and growth of the FICO Platform with payment service providers.
• Educate partners on fraud prevention and transaction decisioning capabilities.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders in Business and Technology roles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape solution opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and win-win relationships.
• Manage sales to meet quarterly and annual targets.
