Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Platform Solutions Consultant to help internal and external stakeholders unlock value from the Rippling Platform, including building custom applications with our no-code tools, writing complex query logic, and designing solutions using native workflows, existing integrations, and APIs.

Role emphasizes revenue generation through value-driven presentations and enabling customers to realize Rippling's value.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with hands-on building for POCs and demonstrations and working with APIs.
Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling.
Partner with other Solutions Consultant as an overlay expert on Rippling's most advanced platform capabilities.
Understand a prospect's technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling's Platform.
Manage and assist in technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives.
Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling Platform. Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape.
Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization.
