Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Platform Solutions Consultant to help customers maximize the value of the Rippling Platform. You will focus on no-code tools, building POCs, and designing solutions using APIs and native workflows.

This pre-sales role emphasizes revenue generation through value-driven presentations and practical demonstrations. You will work with a diverse team, travel up to 25%, and translate technical needs into compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales role on a modular platform with hands-on POC demos.
• Experience building for POCs and demonstrations; working with APIs using Postman.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to support prospects during evaluation of Rippling.
• Serve as overlay expert on Rippling's most advanced platform capabilities.
• Understand technical requirements and convey business value of Rippling's Platform.
• Lead technical demonstrations and POCs addressing client objectives.
• Create, present, and maintain technical content for customer success.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a Rippling platform expert and assess the competitor landscape.
• Work with SC peers to build a best-in-class SC organization.
