Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Platform Solutions Consultant to bridge technical and business needs for prospective customers. You will demonstrate the Rippling platform, build POCs, and communicate value across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have pre-sales experience with a modular no-code platform, can write and test API calls, and speak clearly about complex technical concepts. Occasional travel is required, and you’ll join a high-impact, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales role with hands-on building for POCs and demos.
• Experience with APIs and SQL is required.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to ensure success during prospect evaluation.
• Serve as overlay expert on Rippling platform capabilities.
• Interpret prospect technical requirements and articulate business value.
• Lead technical demos and POCs addressing business objectives.
• Create, present and maintain technical content for customer success.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a Rippling platform product expert and understand competitors.
• Collaborate with SC leadership to build a best-in-class discipline.
