Rippling is seeking a Platform Solutions Consultant to translate complex technical value into business outcomes for prospective customers. You will showcase no-code building, Rippling Query Language, native workflows, and API integrations to drive revenue.

Collaborate with Sales and SC peers to tailor demos, build POCs, and create technical content that helps customers succeed with the Rippling Platform. A background in pre-sales and comfort with APIs and SQL are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a pre-sales role with experience in a low-code development platform.
• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies, agentic AI, middleware, integration patterns, web services, APIs and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies - iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure appreciated.
• Ability to lead technical integration discussions.
• Self-starter with a bias towards action in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Sales team and with other Solutions Consultants to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling.
• Understand a prospect's technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling's product suite.
• Manage technical demonstrations and build POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives.
• Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling Platform.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape.
• Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization.
