Job summary

Omnicom Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to own complex client engagements from discovery through adoption. You’ll lead workshops, define solutions, and manage value scorecards across cross-functional teams.

The role is a 6-month contract. You’ll coordinate configuration, data setup, SIT, and UAT with Product, Support, and Operations, while providing tier-2 support and enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Platform Solutions, marketing operations, or martech/advertising platform implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops: map pain points, requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate discovery into solution designs and implementation plans, define roles and cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain and enhance the client Value Scorecard: baseline, targets, tracking, and reporting of realized value.
• Drive account-specific configuration, data management readiness, and SIT; prepare clients for UAT and support execution.
• Provide tier-2 functional/user support; create enablement collateral with L&D and provide feedback from product demos/training.
