• Partner with SVP, Business Operations to define and execute strategic priorities of the Client Operations function.
• Lead and develop the Client Operations team with clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
• Oversee delivery of client savings reporting, reconciliation, payment support, and other operational services.
• Build partnerships to improve cross-functional collaboration and execution.
• Identify operational risks, resolve issues, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Develop scalable processes, governance, and performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization and automation.
• Monitor workload and priorities to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Provide leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational change to enhance operations.
