Omni is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive delivery operations for our Professional Services team. You will coordinate scoping, staffing, tracking, and delivery, partnering with Managing Architects, subcontractors, and Sales to ensure world-class client engagements.

You will report to the Regional Director of Professional Services and serve as the bridge between Sales, customers, and our partner network. Bring a builder mentality and clear communication to every project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS, data or related domains.
• Proven track record of collaborating across sales, engineering, and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
• Strong project management and delivery capability with a client-facing mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own the engagement lifecycle from scoping to tracking in Salesforce and subcontracting.
• Manage relationships with subcontracting partners and coordinate regional capacity and assignments.
• Provide engagement support on customer projects, including project management and requirements gathering.
• Assist pre-sales with collateral, scoping, and SOW coordination for non-standard engagements.
• Drive operational improvements to reduce overhead and deliver measurable impact.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive tasks to completion.
