Job summary

Omnicom Media Group in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Communications Design to orchestrate the Communications Plan and translate ideas into a detailed architecture. You’ll work with the Director, Communications Design and partners to craft a culturally rich, market-ready strategy with strong audience insight.

You will guide delivery of next-gen plans, collaborate with SBUs and creative partners, manage staff, and help win new business while ensuring performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in an integrated planning role in media or communications.
• Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports.
• Strong client relationships and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of the detailed communications plan.
• Collaborates with Director to present the holistic design approach to stakeholders.
• Manages day-to-day client requirements and workflow for Communications Design.
• Present client education on market trends in Communications Design.
• Oversee training of the design team in communications planning fundamentals.
• Apply planning best practices to surface media and marketing insights across OESP.
• Contribute to KPI delivery and growth of Specialty Business Units.
• Support new business initiatives as required.
