Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TS/SCI cleared DevOps Software Engineer to join a high-energy team supporting the DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. This role designs, deploys, and maintains a containerized microservices stack and production data pipeline with frequent collaboration across engineering teams.

You will enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation, support scalable infrastructure, and work with Kubernetes, Helm, and related tools to enable ongoing feature deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years’ experience; 6+ years with Master’s.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Strong Linux proficiency and hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain a containerized microservices stack and production data pipeline.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to speed development and reliability.
• Support scalable, redundant infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
• Configure Kubernetes deployments with Helm for new features and evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to architect solutions and document designs.
• Participate in Agile release planning, scrums, and related team activities.
