Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer to own platform security, governance, and data protection across the ServiceNow landscape. You’ll drive security strategy, controls, and risk management in collaboration with Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Architecture teams.

The role requires CSA certification and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including access governance, auditing, and encryption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years ServiceNow platform engineering/administration/architecture.
• 6+ years designing access governance models (ACLs, roles, groups).
• 5+ years leading platform security initiatives and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own platform access governance across ServiceNow products.
• Lead access reviews and automated remediation for least-privilege access.
• Define and maintain platform security controls meeting regulatory needs.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and evidence collection.
