Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer to secure the ServiceNow platform and protect sensitive data. You will set security strategy, governance, and controls, partnering with Enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Architecture teams.

You will guide platform security initiatives, lead audits, and serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues, reporting to the Lead IT Director, ServiceNow Platform Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering, administration or architecture.
• 6+ years designing access governance models and least-privilege enforcement.
• 5+ years leading platform security initiatives for enterprise data.
• 4+ years supporting regulated or audited applications with audits.
• 3+ years JavaScript, OAuth, SAML, MFA, encryption and automated remediation.
• 3+ years managing privileged access mgmt with elevation controls.
• 2+ years prioritizing backlogs/roadmaps in Agile environments.
• 2+ years influencing security decisions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own platform access governance, roles, ACLs and privileged access across ServiceNow.
• Lead certifications, attestations, and automated remediation for least privilege.
• Define and validate platform security controls meeting regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and remediation of findings.
• Perform secure code reviews and vulnerability remediation.
• Oversee integrations, health evaluations, and secure design reviews.
