Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer to govern platform security, risk, and governance for the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will drive security strategy, standards, and controls while aligning with regulatory requirements across the organization.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate with Enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Architecture, and Engineering to advance secure by design practices, manage encryption and data protection, and guide AI

Qualifications

• CSA cert and 7+ years ServiceNow platform exp including enterprise environments.
• 6+ years designing access governance models and least-privilege enforcement.
• 5+ years leading platform security initiatives and risk decisions.
• 4+ years supporting regulated apps with audit evidence and remediation.
• 3+ years with JavaScript, Glide API, OAuth, SAML, MFA, encryption, credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own platform access governance: roles, ACLs, privileged access, entitlements.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, evidence collection and remediation.
• Perform security reviews for changes, upgrades, architectures.
• Conduct secure code reviews and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage platform security monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Ensure protection of PHI/PII and data classification controls.
• Lead identity services: SSO, MFA, federation and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit teams.
• Govern Now Assist, AI agents, and AI-enabled governance.
