Job summary

Infobip is seeking a Platform Commercial Executive to drive regional growth in North America. This hybrid role blends product sales leadership with outbound prospecting to turn platform strategy into a measurable pipeline across UCaaS, CCaaS, Martech and AI.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, qualify named accounts, and collaborate with HQ and US revenue teams to shape pricing, deals, and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Background in business or product with sales and consultancy experience.
• Proven CPaaS, SaaS, or platform product sales with quota attainment.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Align Platform strategy with NAM objectives and implement execution plans.
• Drive monetization across UCaaS, CCaaS, Martech, and AI through outbound campaigns.
• Own outbound sales cycle with self-generated pipeline and named account qualification.
• Support regional sales with training, enablement, and pricing decisions.
