Job summary

Infobip is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive high‑impact solution design and delivery across regional strategic engagements. You will own end‑to‑end opportunities from discovery to integration and go‑live, positioning Infobip’s AI portfolio to enterprise prospects across industries.

You’ll act as a technical leader, trusted advisor, and regional expert, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams. Mentoring others and shaping best practices are part of the role.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution engineering, system integration, or similar roles.
Expertise designing complex, scalable architectures in CPaaS/SaaS environments.
Experience with Voice products is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Consulting, discovery & pre‑sales leadership: translate complex workflows into AI architectures.
Own the technical narrative in deals—from discovery through PoCs and live demos.
Guide customers on AI tier choices and trade‑offs (rule-based vs AI agents).
Lead demos and PoCs for high‑profile customers.
Capture detailed technical requirements and design complex integrations.
Deliver precise technical docs for internal and external audiences.
Mentor junior team members and uplift technical standards.
Stay updated on Infobip products and market trends.
