Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Platform Product Designer to build internal systems and tools that enable us to operate at scale. You’ll turn fragmented workflows into structured, scalable solutions for AI tooling, customer support platforms, and internal back‑office systems.

You’ll join a cross‑functional team to map end‑to‑end flows, design for backend‑driven workflows, and deliver robust UX across complex states and tables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing world-class products in-house, ideally internal tools or platform experiences.
• Portfolio featuring complex product or systems design work.
• Impressive design skills across web platforms.
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions, including backend-driven workflows.
• Ability to take ownership of design processes.
• Focus on UX and understanding how operational users behave.
• Comfort designing data-heavy interfaces, including complex states, tables, and dense workflows.
• Knowledge of typography and grids.

Responsibilities

• Designing complex internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows.
• Architecting large-scale systems, mapping end-to-end behaviours, states, and interactions across multi-step processes and edge cases.
• Building scalable UI/UX patterns while balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints in internal tools.
• Turning ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces.
• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic.
• Identifying bottlenecks in internal processes and redesigning them for scale and performance.
